Looking for a CLOCK to put on your web page?

This is the one I used. It is set to Eastern Standard Time.
The code is:

Copy and paste it into the html code, where you would like the clock to appear.

Another CLOCK with the date:

This code is a little bit trickier, not sure if it will work on MyLeague front page. There is a code that MUST be placed in the body tag.

Directions: PASTE CODES TO NOTEPAD BEFORE PASTING TO HTML CODE.

Step 1:	set body tag as: <body onLoad="goforit()">
Step 2:	Copy the code below
Step 3:	Paste code in the url where you would like the date and time to appear.
